Of course, most every cellphone has one.
I don’t want it unless it can fly high enough to freak out the FAA thinking that it is a hazard to aircraft.

The problem isn’t the camera, which, in most cell phones, fits in a 6mm cube, it’s the circuitry and transmitter required to support it, which is a whole lot bigger.
