Recharge your batteries in the microwave oven.
NiCD should be banned
Most of the world has banned NiCD batteries, but the USA still allows them. They are far more toxic to the environment than NiMh batteries. Plus the latter hold a charge longer. So I would urge everyone to go with NiMh.
Smart chargers is awesome!
Using the smart charger for AA, 18650 batteries and many other are smart choice if you want long lasting life span of the batteries.
