DailyDirt: New Year's Diets…

from the urls-we-dig-up dept

Maybe you’ve noticed your favorite gym is a bit more crowded recently. There are a lot of new year’s resolutions for changing unhealthy habits, and eating better should be pretty high on that list. Here are just a few interesting articles on some dietary changes.

By the way, StumbleUpon can also recommend some good Techdirt articles, too.

Gyms are crowded?

While I agree, most people’s awareness of weight related issues begin this time of year, I have not seen the swell of people at my gym.

When I talk to most people who are working out there the consensus seems to be that the economy is reducing disposable income, and that is just how people see the gym these days. It costs more to eat right and exercise properly and people just don’t have it.

Lawrence’s comment is also very valid. Types of fat and calories make huge difference. Look it up folks.
