The End Is Near For AOL's Remaining DSL Customers

from the reverting-you-back-to-the-slow-lane dept

As announced back in November, AOL realized that despite its claim that broadband would save the company, actually offering broadband connections was a pain (this despite being part of a company that, oh yeah, offers broadband connections). So, for the few remaining people who haven’t found alternate means of getting broadband, AOL is finally turning off your DSL in two weeks. Seems like a perfect time for those customers to find another provider and completely leave AOL behind, because we all know how much AOL enjoys losing customers.
