VoIP Providers Play The Fee Game

So, while VoIP providers are not being regulated as a telecom service, they still haven’t shied away from adding “regulatory recovery fees” to their bills. Maybe they just mean the fees they need to fend off lawsuits and continually lobby the FCC to leave them alone?
