Mobile Email A Must Have?
A new study is saying that mobile email is becoming a must have for enterprises — but doesn’t say why. It’s not surprising that a growing number of people are using mobile email, but would be much more interesting is determining if companies are really seeing a benefit from letting their employees handle email on the go. There are the obvious advantages of being able to respond anywhere at any time, but that’s also a burden for many people. So, are companies going mobile with email because everyone’s doing it — or is there a real quantifiable benefit that they’re seeing?
