T-Mobile Tops In Customer Care…If You Don't Count Nextel

In what can only be called a strange study by VocaLabs, T-Mobile has edged out Verizon Wireless in a study on customer care quality. Cingular came third, followed by AWE. However, why anyone would conduct a study of customer care among top national carriers and not include Nextel begs the questions: where does Nextel fit, and why did you leave them out?
