AT&T Wireless Comes In First… In Complaints

The bad news just keeps on rolling in for AT&T Wireless. Based on all of the stories last year, it’s not much of a surprise that AT&T Wireless was at the top of the list of filed complaints for billing and service problems. Nextel and Verizon had the fewest complaints. These numbers pretty much match up exactly with what the general consensus is concerning which carriers have the best reputations. Of course, the important thing now isn’t dwelling on how many complaints, but how AT&T Wireless plans to turn things around. Of course, the merger with Cingular complicates things, but AT&T Wireless should be focused on winning back consumer trust.
