In what must be music to the handset makers’ ears, this article talks about young folks in India who are trading up to newer handsets on a fairly frequent basis just so they can play the new games that are available on that handset. Of course, the article is a little unclear if they’re talking about the pre-installed games on a handset or downloadable games. It seems like they may be confusing the two, as they definitely talk about downloadable games – but that should be less of a reason to change handsets, assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that you can get the same, or similar, games on a variety of handsets.
