Ever since Bluetooth was first announced people have called it dead on arrival or thought that maybe it would take off “next year”. Now, some are finally beginning to wonder if this year is “next year” for Bluetooth. Like many good technologies, Bluetooth has survived its share of overhype that caused many to write it off way too early. That’s letting it sneak its way into plenty of useful applications, such that many people will start using Bluetooth without realizing exactly what they’re doing.
