Hutchison May Sue Over Bad Publicity?

Hutchison just can’t catch a break. The latest news is that, down in Australia, they’re considering their legal options after finding out about a survey of users that trashes Hutchison’s 3 3G service. Stories trashing Hutchison’s 3 service are nothing new, so we’re a bit surprised at a legal reaction. The company is claiming that the study was written in a biased way – but, let’s face it, what survey isn’t written that way these days? What’s more interesting to me is that Hutchison’s first reaction is to call the lawyers, and not to, perhaps, spend that money on improving their service.
