Microsoft Apologizes To Non-Spammer They Served With A Lawsuit

Back in June, Microsoft made a big splash when they said they had filed lawsuits against 15 spammers. The only problem was that one of the spammers pretty clearly had nothing to do with spam. He had just bought a domain name that previously had been used by a spammer. It took Microsoft two months to investigate, but now they admit they were a bit too hasty in accusing Simon Grainger of spamming, and have apologized.
