Generation Text Hooked On Mobiles

Not sure why anyone needed to pay for a study to figure this out, but “generation text” (16 – 24 year olds) use mobile phones to help organize their lives. 95% regularly use messaging systems, sending 100 text message a month, and are more likely to use SMS to set up plans than to call. At least, that’s in the UK… But, I imagine similar things will happen in the US quickly – though, perhaps at a slightly lower rate due to the popularity of instant messaging here.
