Smaller Is Better Than Smarter
New research in the US says that most consumers would prefer a smaller mobile phone over one that has more features. However, the fact that people are making use of the features suggests that carriers can get people to use advanced features after they’ve bought the (apparently, smaller) phone. In other words, sell the phones based on size, but make sure they include all the additional features. Then you convince people to start using the features. Trying to sell the phone on additional features might not be worth the effort.
