Will Court Ban BlackBerries In The US?
Lawyers from NNTP, the company that won a patent infringement lawsuit against RIM, say that they expect a decision this week about whether or not the judge will grant an injunction to stop the sale of all RIM Blackberry devices. Such a ruling, of course, would have a big impact on the market for handheld devices – though, it would also be immediately appealed and contested by RIM.
