Good Reaches Out To More Devices

Good Technology is launching version 2.0 of their software and (smartly) making it more useful on other devices and other networks. They’ve already signed a deal with Cingular and Handspring, and (it appears) are trying to make their software the standard to use for accessing and synching corporate email wirelessly. As they move forward with this strategy (and as RIM probably realizes a similar strategy makes sense), you have to wonder why Good bothered to get into the device business at all in the first place.
