We’ve talked about how various job sites have shifted focus from trying to find white collar professionals new jobs (as, it appears, there are no more such jobs) to focusing on more blue collar workers. Now, it appears Monster.com has added a new focus. The US military is trying to recruit soldiers via Monster.com’s job boards. They’re also looking for people to fill civilian positions, and say that Monster.com has been a great lead source for them.
