Digital Rights Management Moves To Mobile Phones

A company in Australia has developed some digital rights management technology for mobile phones to let content creators limit how their content can be used over a mobile phone. This seems silly. Right now, with so few people accessing content over mobile phones, worrying about limiting content seems backwards. Shouldn’t people be encouraging people to exchange more content with each other?
