Wireless Service Complaints Increase 53%

The FCC says that the number of complaints they’ve received regarding wireless services over the past quarter have increased 53%. The complaints were mainly in areas of billing, early contract termination and (of course) service quality. Of course, there’s no explanation as to why the complaints increased so dramatically, and the only thing I can think of is that someone set up a way to make it easier for people to complain – because I doubt that service degraded that noticeably over a single quarter.
