Sprint PCS Offering Voice Ringtones
A few years back, when some of the first phones that let you create your own ringtones came out, someone I know, named Dan, took a friend’s phone (when that friend wasn’t around) and set it to announce (in his voice) “Dan is calling! Dan is calling!” whenever (you guessed it) Dan was calling. Sprint PCS is taking this concept to the next level. With the popularity of ringtones increasing, they’re now offering “voice ringtones” of celebrities telling you to pick up the phone. I still don’t see how ringtones are worth paying for – whether they’re voices or music, but we’ve already established that I’m out of touch with today’s youth.
