Judge Dismisses 5 Cell Phone Lawsuits
A judge has dismissed five lawsuits against handset makers from people saying that they should be required to provide handsets that block out radiation. Of course, there already are laws that let the FCC (along with the FDA) determine what the safe levels are – and the judges pointed that out. As more studies are being done on the real impact of prolonged mobile phone use is to our health, it sounds like some lawyers were just trying to jump the gun.
