Case Tests Congress' Ability To Force Libraries To Block Porn

Interesting timing. Just a few hours ago, in discussing how Australia is realizing that online filters don’t work, I said the debate in the US had died down for the time being. Apparently, I spoke to soon. Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the appeal from the US government over whether or not they have the right to force libraries who receive federal funds (almost all of them) to use those same non-working filters.
