Handspring Holding On Until Treo Gets A Grip
The San Jose Mercury News is running a profile of Handspring talking about how they’re still trying to reinvent themselves as a wireless device maker, instead of just a PDA builder. The problem is that (even for such a relatively new company) they have a lot of legacy issues to deal with – such as a huge, burdensome lease agreement they signed back when they were a $5 billion company.
