DoCoMo Adds Flash To Phones

Thanks to Gonzo for submitting the story that NTT DoCoMo is going to announce that they’ve added Flash support to phones. Using Macromedia Flash will certainly allow for some creative developments on phones that could be quite eye-catching and gives designers much more flexibility in designing more exciting interfaces. The real question, though, is whether or not users will find the results compelling. Sometimes having more options and flexibility makes people “over design”, which could be more of a turnoff for users.
