BlackBerrys Get In Wireless Synch

RIM announced that it is upgrading its Blackberry software to support wireless PIM synching with Exchange servers. To date it has only supported wireless email. RIM needed this feature to compete effectively with upstart Good Technology who has had wireless email and PIM synching since launch a year ago. While RIM is playing feature catch up, it still has the advantage of an established player on its side with many distribution deals and broad network support. However Good has the advantage of not being overly focused on building its own hardware and has struck deals to support multiple hardware platforms. This battle is just getting interesting.
