Japanese Handsets To Invade US Market

According to this article in the Japan Times, Japanese handset makers are finally gearing up to sell into the US market, which has been dominated by Nokia, Motorola and Samsung. The Japanese suppliers have stayed away due to slower adoption rates and the lack of a single network, but now they’re ready to move in. Since, the Japanese handsets are known for being feature rich, this could help drive all the different handset manufacturers that sell phones in the US to increase their featureset.
