Nintendo GameBoy Ported To Nokia Handsets
I’ve never really understood why Nintendo didn’t work more closely with makers of PDAs and mobile phones. Their Gameboy handheld gaming platform has been a pretty big success – and clearly they know how to make a good gaming system for tiny devices. Meanwhile, people keep saying that gaming could be a killer app for handheld devices. Seems like a perfect match. However, it took until now for a different company entirely to create a free open-source Gameboy emulator for Nokia phones that will allow people to download various Gameboy games for their Nokia phones.
