Instant Photography Printing Coming Up

With all the discussions over whether or not people will actually make use of camera phones, or if it’s just a novelty that will pass, it seems that some companies are building applications on top of camera phone offerings. The latest is a system called MangoFoto, which will let camera phone owners wirelessly transmit their photos to a print shop where they’ll be printed out on good old fashioned paper. I can see where this would be valuable to some people, but the people who seem to really believe in camera photography generally don’t care about ever printing out those photos. They just say they’ll send them directly to other camera phone users.
