DoCoMo Camera-Phone Users Top 3 Million
While the whole idea of camera phones is finally getting a big push in the US, it’s clearly taken Japan by storm. NTT DoCoMo announced today that, since June, when they launched they offering, they’ve signed up 3 million users of the camera phones. DoCoMo, of course, was even late to the game with camera phones in Japan, where J-Phone has been offering camera phones successfully for much longer. It still remains to be seen, however, if camera phones find the same success elsewhere.
