Wireless Service Wins Few Takers
By now we’ve read numerous stories about the lackluster take-up of new wireless data services. Wired has managed to find one AT&T customer who actually uses his mMode subscription. Why is Greg Richards so happy with the service? Richards says, “ I am an engineer, or maybe it’s a guy thing, but I don’t read the manual. “It was unbelievably easy to configure.” Now that is a ringing endorsement.
