12 Mile WiFi
Forget that wimpy 300 feet your current WiFi router gives you. Proxim is now selling a WiFi router that creates a 12 mile wireless zone. It’s basically a “wireless ISP in a box”. Obviously, it’s a bit more expensive that your typical WiFi router, but not so much so. It runs between $2,000 and $6,000 to suddenly WiFi your whole neighborhood.
