Is Sprint's PCS Vision Clear?
Wireless NewsFactor is impressed with SprintPCS vision. They have done a great job putting together a good looking service which is well differentiated from the competition. But when is comes to customer satisfaction, they have a real problem. In the latest J.D. Power study, Sprint didn’t top customer satisfaction in any of the markets surveyed. Even sixth place carrier T-Mobile came in first place in two markets. They can have the greatest wireless data service around, but as well all know, voice is still the killer app.
