Cyberstalker Gets 8 Years

A man convicted of cyberstalking under a new law has been sentenced to eight years in prison. His lawyer claimed his actions were “sad, pathetic and ridiculous”, but not criminal. Of course, you wonder if the guy will have any internet access in prison where he could go right on cyberstalking… They’re planning to appeal, saying the law is unconstitutional.
