Another one of these articles that looks exactly the same as other articles from the past two years or so. It’s an article about how tech companies should consider going private to avoid public scrutiny while they restructure, and to get rid of the expensive costs of being a public company. I guess it’s a slow news day when they’re just recycling old news.
