Selling Data Is Different Than Selling Voice

US operators are experts at selling voice and are trying to sell data to voice customers. Seybold suggests that what they really need to do is target heavy wired data users. Show them how they can take advantage of wireless data services for their PDAs and laptops. Oh yeah, and make sure to be aggressive with the pricing.
