T-Mobile Broadband Not Interested in Wi-Fi Roaming

Glenn Fleishman comments on T-Mobile Broadband’s view on Wi-Fi roaming, which he believes is short sighted. They don’t think they need to engage any roaming partners since they plan to have decent coverage through their relationship with Starbucks. I can see their point. Since they are commited to building out a network faster than any of the smaller players, roaming agreements wouldn’t benefit them as much as their roaming partners. Of course if they can’t achieve the coverage level they want, watch them change their tune.
