Nokia Going Direct
Nokia is selling it’s new 9290 Communicator direct from its US web site. I suspect that’s because they couldn’t get any US GSM carriers to sell a smartphone device that didn’t include GPRS. What were they thinking? No wonder players like Samsung and Motorola are eating into Nokia’s market share, they are too slow to launch new devices.
