Inflatable Muscles

Joe Schmoe wrote in to point out a story about a Japanese scientist working on a Lycra suit with inflatable muscles for the elderly. The idea is to give them more strength to move around. The suit is supposed to detect when the various muscles are needed and triggers them to inflate. The article mentions that he’s finished the upper half of the suit and is now working on the legs. This almost sounds like something out of a bad superhero movie. Now we just need the evil villain to break in and steal the suit from the Japanese scientist…
