Nokia Maintains Top Spot

For the first quarter of 2002, Nokia maintained its market leading position by selling 35.4% of the 91 million phones sold worldwide. But the increase from the same period last year was minor compared to competitors Motorola and Samsung. While Nokia still holds the lead by a wide margin, it is shrinking.
