Blocked From Google

from the isn't-that-cruel-and-unusual-punishment dept

I can’t imagine not being able to use Google these days. It almost acts as a separate annex of my brain. So, I’m scared to death of one day being locked out of Google. Google is trying to cut down on automated scanners that are used by people trying to push their own Google rankings up. I can understand Google’s point about the integrity of their rankings, but blocking innocent bystanders from being able to use Google strikes me as going too far.
