Carriers In Limbo As Government Fights It Out With NextWave

We’ve spoken before about the whole NextWave spectrum mess, and now U.S. wireless carriers are trying to figure out what to do for spectrum while they wait for that mess to be sorted out. Right now, there’s nothing to do until the Supreme Court weighs in on who actually has the rights to the spectrum – and that could take a year or so. In the meantime, most of the carriers are just going to have to wait.
