A few weeks back we posted an article about the 40th anniversary of the first video game. Well, it appears that we’ve also hit the 30th anniversary of the first gaming console, the Odyssey from Magnavox. It wasn’t very successful, but it did grant the inventor some patents which were very useful in later forcing Atari, Nintendo and Sega to cough up quite a bit of money.
