News Corp Subsidiary Accused Of Cracking Canal+ Security Scheme

Canal+, the European television arm of Vivendi Universal has accused a subsidiary of News Corp of purposely breaking the security of their smart cards for their digital TV product, and putting the details on the web – in order to hurt Canal+’s business. I guess this would be the “sabotage-as-a-business-model” strategy.
