Time To Get Hostile
from the takeover-time dept
The new trend in mergers seems to be the return of the hostile takeover. Forget a friendly merger, now companies are coming along and taking what they want. Recent examples include Comcast’s attempt (eventually successful) to takeover AT&T Broadband and Yahoo’s recent stealing of HotJobs from Monster.com.
