While there are still a ton of reason why I don’t think Pressplay is a good idea, I have to admit it sounds better than RealNetworks’ RealOne. Pressplay will actually allow you to burn CDs from the music you download, and will allow for some limited sharing. I’m sure the CD burning is somehow limited as well – so there’s still going to be an annoyance factor. However, at least it’s not as useless as RealOne.
