Layoffs Cutting Too Deep

from the tough-to-rebound dept

Many “experts” are beginning to question all of these technology layoffs saying they’re only being done to appease Wall Street’s short term need to meet expectations at the cost of long term productivity and growth. The short term focus of meeting numbers and layoffs is likely to hurt many companies down the road. Already there is evidence that it’s hurting customer service and production quality.
