Here’s a list of lessons learned from online retailing that doesn’t tell you anything really new, but is a good summary. Basically, there are some good things in e-commerce, so it’s no use to write off everything. I doubt anyone’s going to read the article and realize what they’ve been missing about e-commerce, but it’s still a good read to be reminded that not everything about online retailing is bad.
