Investors Turn To The Lawsuit After Mismanaging Funds

Here’s the first article that says what I’ve been saying for way too long. Most of these class action lawsuits against tech companies are simply investors who made bad decisions trying to blame someone else for their own stupidity. Yes, I think that analysts and companies were probably overly optimistic, but no one put a gun to the head of the investors and made them buy the shares. Mostly these lawsuits just make law firms richer.
