Dot Commers To Blame For WTO Rioting

The Register is pointing out, with some surprise, that the director general of the WTO is now blaming dot commers for the various riots at WTO meetings. Hmmm… it’s a bit odd that a group that was raking in cash as fast as possible would be rioting in the streets against capitalism. While, I’m sure there were some dot commers out there, I really don’t think of it as a “dot com” sort of event. Well, maybe if they’d been evited to it (and it was pitched as a pink slip party/networking event…).
