Desperately Seeking Financing

We’ve written about death spiral convertables and a few other “risky” financing moves, but as more and more companies are finding themselves in deeper and deeper trouble, risky financing moves are becoming slightly more popular as a last ditch effort to stay alive. Here’s a quick guide to some of the awful options available to companies desperate for money. They all stink. Though, there is a good quote from an investor who was approaced about a bridge loan, and responded, “A bridge? A bridge to what?”
